I am a Certified Mindfulness Instructor (CMT-200) and I offer one-on-one mindfulness instruction. If you are new to mindfulness, I can help you get started by teaching you the techniques to create your personalized mindfulness practice.
Already experienced with mindfulness? I can help you learn additional techniques based on your specific goals, help you find solutions to improve the consistency of your practice, and challenge you to find new ways to think about your meditation practice.
